The remedy of repair, replacement, or refund is the original consumer’s exclusive remedy in the event of a breach of this warranty.

This warranty does not cover reconditioned products. Received this ParkPower 30 Go-Anywhere Kit is a reasonable time. Was able to briefly use the item which worked as advertised. Well constructed and durable. Only issue is price, but you get what you pay for.
