Subject to the exclusions and limitations, in the event of a breach of this warranty during the applicable warranty period, ParkPower, at its sole discretion, will (a) repair the product, (b) replace the product, or (c) refund the purchase price of the product. The remedy of repair, replacement, or refund is the original consumer’s exclusive remedy in the event of a breach of this warranty.

This warranty does not cover reconditioned products. Received this ParkPower 30 Go-Anywhere Kit is a reasonable time. Was able to briefly use the item which worked as advertised. Well constructed and durable. Only issue is price, but you get what you pay for.
