Products purchased from Universal Group, LLC are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period expiring one (1) year after purchase from Universal Group, LLC by the original purchaser. In the event of a breach of this warranty, Universal Group, LLC may, at its option, either replace the defective Product(s) or refund in full, without interest or abatement, the purchase price actually paid by the original purchaser to Universal Group, LLC. Each purchaser must return the defective Product(s) at its own cost and expense to Universal Group, LLC and Universal Group, LLC shall be entitled to make its own inspection to determine whether the warranty claim is valid. Universal Group, LLC shall have no responsibility in the event that a notice of such claim is not made within the one (1) year period aforesaid; nor shall Universal Group, LLC be responsible for labor charges involved in the replacement of any Product.
