Thetford Corporation warrants Permanent toilets, Portable toilets, Electra Magic toilets, Cassette toilets, ComfortMate toilets, ComfortMate Electric toilets, SmartDrain System, SmartTote Tanks, Sani-Con Systems to be free from defect for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase as long as the system is used for personal, family, or domestic purposes. Toilets used in commercial applications are warranted for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase.
Thetford Corporation warrants Tecma toilets, Spinflo cook tops to be free from defect for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase as long as the system is used for personal, family, or domestic purposes. Products used in commercial applications will be warranted for a period of (90) ninety days from the date of purchase.

Thetford Corporation warrants Tote Tanks, Sani-Con systems to be free from defect for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase as long as the system is used for personal, family, or domestic purposes. Products used in commercial applications will be warranted for a period of (90) ninety days from the date of purchase.
