RV Refrigerators

An RV refrigerator is an ideal alternative to a cooler or ice chest that constantly needs a supply of ice. Also known as an absorption refrigerator, it doesn’t have a compressor or any moving parts found in your home fridge. Instead of them it heats liquid ammonia or another refrigerant, which condensation and evaporation cools your food. RV refrigerators are divided into two major types, including two-way and three-way ones. RV refrigerators of the first type use either A/C or propane to heat the refrigerant, while their three-way counterparts rely on A/C, D/C or propane to operate.
