128 oz. Acrylic EPDM Rubber Roof Coating by Dicor®. Dicor EPDM Roof Acrylic Coating is the 2nd part of a two-part, commercial grade system. It must follow the application of Dicor’s Rubber Roof Cleaner/Activator that ensures effective roof preparation and "lock and key" adhesion.

Warranty

Dicor EPDM Rubber Roofing Dicor offers a 12-year EPDM membrane material warranty to the original purchaser against premature deterioration to the point of failure because of weathering if properly maintained. If, upon inspection by Dicor, or Dicor’s authorized designee, the membrane shows premature deterioration to the point of failure because of weathering, Dicor’s liability and buyer’s remedies are limited at the Dicor’s option to providing repair material for the original membrane, or replacing the membrane. Dicor will replace the membrane for five years from the original purchase date or prorate the value towards new membrane based on the remaining months or unexpired warranty for six years through twelve. This warranty applies to the membrane only and does not include improper installation, sealant, adhesives, flashings or other accessories contained in the roofing system.

DiFlex II™ TPO Roofing Dicor DiFlex II™ TPO Roofing shall be free of defects in material which directly cause premature deterioration of the membrane to the point of failure because of weathering (collectively, “deterioration”) on the vehicle on which the membrane was originally installed, subject to the terms, conditions & limitations stated herein, for twelve (12) years beginning on the date the owner purchases the vehicle containing the membrane or has the membrane installed. In addition, subject to the terms, conditions & limitations stated herein, Dicor agrees to provide a labor warranty to the owner for a two (2) year period beginning on the date the owner purchases the vehicle containing the membrane or has the membrane installed.

BriteTEK Roof Membrane Dicor offers a 12-year BriteTEK membrane material warranty to the original purchaser against premature deterioration to the point of failure because of weathering if properly maintained.
