Product Details

Olympian 5500 Portable Gas Grill (57305) by Camco®. Is designed for RV and outdoor use and is easy to transport. This high quality lightweight 304 stainless-steel barbecue has a large cooking area of 180 sq in. Its cast iron smoker plate is designed to offer the fullest flavor while minimizing grease fires. The stainless-steel burner heats up faster, is easier to clean, and resists rust. The grill is ready to use straight from the box, only assembly required is the mount to hang the grill on the RV mounting rail. It includes a quick-connect hose and valve to use the low-pressure propane supply on an RV or trailer that has a built-in low pressure quick-connect propane connection. The Camco Quick-Connect x ACME Propane Hose (57629) or Quick-Connect x Throwaway Propane Hose (57628) must be purchased separately to use the grill with a 20 lb propane cylinder or 1 lb throwaway propane cylinder. Weighs approximately 26 lb.

Poor Heat Control
The heat control needs to be improved. There is no low heat. It's either medium high or high. Barely on still produces a very hot flame. Although there are no actual numbers on the gas flow knob, rather than having heat settings from 1 to 10, you have heat settings of 7, and everything else is a 10.
