SilverDuct™ Clothes Dryer Transition Duct (010676) by Builder's Best®. Diameter: 4". Length: 5'. Package: Display Box. Quantity: 1 Piece. This wire helix duct made of steel wire and layers of aluminum and polyester is UL™ 2158A listed. SilverDuct™ UL™ 2158A clothes dryer transition duct provides flame resistance. However, it crushes easily behind the dryer and is held together with layers of aluminum foil and polyester plastic.

In 1990, Builder's Best® had a simple mission: manufacture The All Metal Solution to Dryer Venting™. Easy to install, but a fire hazard, slinky dryer vents were clogging up dryers nationwide.
